Costa Rica Post Office
The delivery service through Correos de Costa Rica complies with its internal policy and is carried out under the following methodology:
They are only made on business days (Monday to Friday) from 9am -12 noon.
Be on the lookout for answering messages from the Correos de Costa Rica collaborator.
The tracking of the package will be shared with the client for follow-up.
If the delivery person does not find the place or the call is answered, he will return the package and the shipping must be paid again, so NatuCarebyeme will not assume this expense.
physical delivery
NatuCarebyeme offers the service to pick up your products in person at our central office.
Location: 50 meters west of the Sabanilla (Betania) roundabout between the two roundabouts, in front of the Betania school.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
If the client arrives outside office hours, the appointment will be rescheduled for the next business day.
RETURN POLICY
Damage:
Damage to packaging that corresponds to transportation errors by shipping methods, NatuCarebyeme packaging policies are reaffirmed and an apology only is offered.
Product:
Claims and returns are not accepted after the purchase is made, each purchase is final and there are no money returns for products.
The customer must: Submit a photograph of the damaged product.
Incomplete order: Once verified in the official shipping record document so that the order is correlated with what is recorded, it was shipped from inventory and if it is indeed verified that the order was shipped incomplete, the remaining products are shipped the day next business NatuCarebyeme covers shipping costs.
ANTI-FRAUD CHECK: The customer's purchase may be deferred for the anti-fraud check. It can also be suspended for a longer time for a more rigorous investigation, to prevent fraudulent transactions.
